Slate and Cedar Spa Shower

This intimate shower space showcases a dominant palette of deep charcoal, graphite, and rich umber tones. The walls and floor are clad in horizontally stacked slate tiles with subtle natural veining, creating strong linear texture and visual depth in the narrow layout. Contrasting beautifully against the stone is vertical cedar wood paneling on the right wall and ceiling, introducing organic warmth and a distinct Scandinavian-Japanese spa aesthetic. A single bright recessed ceiling light creates a dramatic starburst effect, while the large round rain shower head and sleek handheld wand provide functional luxury. A recessed niche and three black dispensers complete the minimalist yet indulgent setup. The mood is simultaneously moody, grounding, and luxurious. This design suits high-end residential bathrooms, boutique hotel spas, or anyone seeking a serene, sensory-rich shower experience that balances raw natural materials with refined minimalism.
