Brutalist Bathroom with Travertine Floating Vanity

This bathroom embodies contemporary brutalist elegance through a masterful interplay of raw and refined materials. The dominant palette consists of warm neutrals — creamy travertine, sandy beige brick, and soft oak tones — creating a calming, grounded atmosphere. The floating vanity is the standout feature, carved from a thick slab of travertine with subtle natural veining, paired with minimalist oak drawers that add organic warmth. The walls are clad in deliberately irregular, textured bricks that catch dramatic side lighting, emphasizing depth and tactility. A sleek black matte faucet and sculptural dried branches in a dark stone vessel provide striking contrast. The spatial layout feels open yet intimate, with the mirror cabinet reflecting light to enhance the sense of volume. This design perfectly suits homeowners who appreciate architectural honesty, natural materials, and a spa-like sanctuary that balances raw masculinity with refined minimalism.
