About this design

This striking dining room showcases a warm neutral palette of creamy plaster walls, light oak flooring, and a natural jute rug that grounds the space. The dominant materials include rich dark-stained wood for the substantial dining table and ceiling beams, contrasted with soft cream upholstery on the dining chairs and textured stone on the fireplace and arch surrounds. A large-scale black iron chandelier with multiple white shades serves as the central lighting feature, supplemented by abundant natural daylight flooding through oversized arched glass doors and windows that directly overlook the Pacific Ocean and coastal trees. The spatial layout seamlessly connects the dining area to an adjacent living space via a wide arched passageway supported by a classical column, creating an open yet defined flow. The overall mood is sophisticated yet relaxed, perfectly suited for coastal homes, seaside estates, or anyone seeking a refined Mediterranean-inspired entertaining space that celebrates natural light and ocean views.
