About this design

This striking industrial loft living room showcases a dominant palette of warm terracotta reds from the massive exposed brick wall, balanced by cool neutral tones of the light oak flooring and pale grey area rug. The hero element is a generous, low-profile modular sofa upholstered in rich olive-green velvet, which adds luxurious texture and a contemporary edge. Natural light pours dramatically from a large skylight in the ceiling, creating dynamic diagonal shadows that shift throughout the day and enhance the raw, architectural character of the space. A sculptural metallic side table and minimalist black floor lamp complement the industrial aesthetic, while a single white mask mounted on the brick wall serves as a focal point of artistic restraint. The open spatial layout flows seamlessly from the seating area toward a foreground dining table, making this room ideal for creative professionals, art collectors, or anyone seeking a bold yet comfortable live-work environment that celebrates authentic architectural history.
