Rooftop Terrace with Olive Tree and White Linen Pavilion

This sophisticated rooftop terrace showcases a calm, neutral-dominant palette of creamy whites, soft beiges, sage greens, and warm stone tones. The design centers around a dramatic, mature olive tree whose silvery foliage provides natural dappled shade and visual anchoring. A floating white linen pavilion with sheer curtains creates an ethereal, breezy lounge area furnished with minimalist outdoor sofas and director’s chairs in natural wood and neutral fabrics. The spatial layout cleverly combines hardscaping with soft landscaping—curved gravel paths, irregular stone pavers, and sculptural planters filled with Mediterranean plants such as agave and grasses. Bright natural daylight and open sky views enhance the airy, tranquil mood. This space perfectly suits design-conscious homeowners who desire a luxurious yet relaxed outdoor living room for entertaining, morning coffee, or evening aperitifs with a view.
