Contract Establishment

The purpose of these Terms of Use and Feel Design regulations is to protect the interests of the provider of the User Service and of all Users and to form a contract between the User and the User Service Provider. When you complete the registration process or start using the User Services offered by Feel Design, you are deemed to have known and fully agreed to comply with all agreements in these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Feel Design Terms of Use.

Service Content

The services we provide (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") include:

• This platform
• Services provided through this Platform and the Feel Design client platforms provided through this Platform
• All information, linked pages, features, data, text, images, photos, music, sound, video, messages, tags, content, programming, software, application services provided through this Platform or its related services (including but not limited to any mobile application services)
• Contract Transactions, Construction Content, Site Execution (including, but not limited to, any transaction entered into in connection with this Service) through the Platform

Service Changes

You acknowledge and agree that Feel Design reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue any or all of this Platform or Services at any time or as required by local law. Feel Design may release certain services or features in beta versions, which may not work properly or function as the final release version, and we assume no liability for this. Feel Design may also, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, restrict certain feature settings or restrict your access to some or all of the Services.

Prohibited Acts

You agree not to do the following:

• Upload, post or reproduce any images, videos or text information that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates the laws, public customs of the Republic of China
• Use of the Service violates any law or Feel Design regulations
• Harm to anyone or any animal by using the Service
• Provision of personal identification or related information that does not belong to you
• Malicious use of the Service for fraud, misconduct or dishonesty
• Do not modify, create or translate the Service without the written permission of Feel Design
• Destroying the feedback or ranking system
• Decode, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack into this Platform or any part thereof
• Collect or scrape information from other account holders on this platform
• Interfering with, disrupting or disrupting connections to the Platform or other users using the Platform
• Disclosing or Selling Confidential Information on the Platform
• Impacts or damages the reputation of this platform or of Feel Design

Content Liability

You understand and agree that any content you upload, post, and provide on the Service is at your sole responsibility. Feel Design is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any Content, including but not limited to errors or omissions of any Content, or any loss or damage you may incur as a result of your use or reliance on the Content.

Violation Handling

You understand and agree that if you violate any of these Terms of Service, Feel Design reserves the right to take penalties, including but not limited to:

• Delete Listing Content
• Restrict account access
• Termination or suspension of account access and the fees paid are non-refundable
• Criminal Litigation
• Civil Claims

Authorization

Any software we provide is subject to these Terms of Service. Feel Design reserves all rights not expressly granted. Any third party script or code linked to or referenced by the Service is authorized to you by the third party that owns the script or code.

Third Party Links

This platform may provide links to third parties that are not controlled by Feel Design. You are at your own risk for accessing these sites and Feel Design is not responsible for the content or changes to any linked sites.

Registration Information

You need to provide a real, verifiable mobile phone number, email address, and real name. Feel Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide inappropriate registration information.

Account Security

You need to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your account information and immediately notify Feel Design of any unauthorized use. Feel Design is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of the account.

Account Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you can use Email to notify us. Even if your account has been terminated, you are responsible for any uncompleted transactions, construction, payments, or similar matters.

Report

You can report content that involves threats, hate speech, unconsented disclosure of individuals, adult themes, violent or illegal content. The Platform reserves the right to mask or remove inappropriate comments in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Listing Requirements

You must ensure that the requirements listed are valid and within six months from the date of publication. Requests must not be posted for testing, curiosity, etc., and contacts and evaluations of applicants should be accepted.

Good Faith Listing

You should kindly disclose your requirements and accept suggestions and quotations from the project. The content of the listing should comply with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Employment Services Act and the relevant laws of the Republic of China.

Disclaimer

Upon successful pairing of designers or decorators facilitated on the Feel Design platform, Feel Design does not participate in and assumes no liability and obligations arising out of any commercial transaction, contract performance, quality of service, payment, dispute resolution, etc., between the two parties. All such business transactions and the associated legal liability are entirely at the sole discretion of the owner and the designer or decoration company and at his own risk. Feel Design is not responsible for any agreement, undertaking or act between the parties and makes no warranties or warranties.

Professional Information

You must ensure that the professional information you publish is authentic and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate the laws and customs of the Republic of China. Any disputes are your responsibility and are not related to this platform.

Real Connections

You need to contact, estimate, quote and sign with the company line number or real name provided, and accept withdrawals from this platform.
