Return, Warranty & Refund Policy

At FeelDesign, we are committed to delivering quality furniture and ensuring your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines our payment terms, quality inspection process, delivery handling, warranty coverage, and return procedures.

1. Payment & Production Timeline

Full payment of the total order amount is required at the time of placing your order. The production lead time is approximately 45–55 days from the date of payment.

Once production is complete, our dedicated quality inspection team will visit the factory to inspect your items. We will confirm the results with you via photos and videos before shipping.

After your approval, we arrange professional furniture logistics for delivery. Shipping costs are charged separately by the logistics company directly to the customer.

2. Delivery Inspection & Damage Resolution

Upon receiving your order — and after delivery — if any quality issues or transit damage are discovered, FeelDesign takes full responsibility for tracking and resolving the matter.

Minor damage (repairable on-site)

For small scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections that can be repaired or restored on-site, we will coordinate with the logistics company to arrange a professional technician to visit your location and resolve the issue.

Major damage or quality defects

For damage or defects that cannot be resolved on-site, we will coordinate with the factory to arrange a full return and replacement process.

Disputed liability

In cases where the factory and logistics company cannot agree on responsibility, FeelDesign will cover the cost upfront to ensure your issue is resolved without delay.

3. Repair & Replacement Processing Time

When a product requires repair or replacement due to transit damage, FeelDesign, the factory, and the logistics provider each require reasonable processing time to resolve the issue. The customer may not claim additional compensation on the basis that the original delivery timeline has been exceeded during this resolution period.

4. Product Warranty

FeelDesign guarantees the quality of all products sold.

For issues arising from normal wear and aging (not covered under warranty), FeelDesign offers lifetime maintenance service. Maintenance costs are borne by the customer.

5. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The item was damaged during transit and cannot be repaired on-site.
  • The item does not match the specifications confirmed during pre-shipment inspection.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture that matches confirmed specifications
  • Items with damage caused by customer misuse, improper assembly, or negligence
  • Items showing normal wear and aging from regular use
  • Items where the customer declined on-site repair for repairable damage

6. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email us at support@feeldesign.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the problem. Report delivery damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Assessment

Our team will review your case within 2 business days and determine whether on-site repair, factory return, or replacement is the appropriate resolution.

Resolution

We coordinate the entire resolution process — including arranging technicians, logistics, or factory return — so you do not need to manage any part of the process yourself.

Refund or Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible as the items are custom-manufactured to your specifications.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

9. International Orders

For international orders, the same policies apply. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are quoted separately based on destination and are charged by the logistics company.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination — refer to our shipping page for estimated delivery times by region.
  • Quality inspection and damage resolution processes remain the same regardless of destination.
