About this design

This inviting living space showcases a harmonious blend of organic modernism and rustic warmth. The dominant palette consists of creamy beige, warm terracotta, and natural wood tones, anchored by a striking striped rug in rust, beige, and cream. Materials play a central role: textured boucle upholstery on sculptural sofas, intricately woven rattan in the iconic Acapulco-style lounge chairs, rough-hewn limestone walls, and rich oak ceiling beams. Natural light floods through large glass doors, complemented by a simple floor lamp that creates a soft, diffused glow in the evenings. The spatial layout is open and conversational, with seating arranged to encourage interaction while maintaining a sense of airy spaciousness. This room perfectly suits design enthusiasts who appreciate tactile, natural materials and a relaxed yet refined Mediterranean-modern aesthetic, ideal for both quiet reading and lively social gatherings.
