About this design

This striking shower space masterfully blends industrial rawness with contemporary minimalism. The dominant palette is crisp white from the vertically stacked subway tiles, contrasted by the rich textures of aged red brick and the vibrant green of a large trailing pothos and fern arrangement suspended from the ceiling. A bold shaft of natural light cuts diagonally across the room, creating dramatic shadows that emphasize the tactile quality of the materials. The floor features classic terrazzo with multicolored aggregate, adding subtle visual interest. Chrome fixtures including a large rainfall shower head and handheld wand provide functional elegance. The open, semi-outdoor design with the visible brick wall above creates a unique indoor-outdoor connection. This bathroom style suits homeowners who appreciate architectural honesty, biophilic design, and a serene yet character-filled space for daily rituals.
