About this design

This striking interior showcases a dominant palette of energetic burnt orange, earthy terracotta, and cool neutral concrete. The space is defined by a raw concrete structural column and staircase that contrast beautifully with the vibrant orange dining table and the multi-level shelving unit. The shelving features a striking orange back panel and displays a curated collection of ceramics, books, houseplants, and African artifacts. Natural light pours in from a tall black-framed window, complemented by a sleek modern linear pendant light. The mood is confident, artistic, and warm, blending brutalist elements with maximalist personality. The open spatial layout seamlessly connects the dining area to the staircase and adjacent living zones. This room perfectly suits creative professionals, art collectors, or families who embrace bold color and eclectic design in a contemporary urban home.
